À propos de l'hôtel
With the Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna, Minor, the holding company of the luxury brands Anantara, Tivoli and Elewana Collection, was able to expand its hotel portfolio with a prominent address in March. As the ninth Anantara hotel in Europe and the first in the German-speaking region, the Anantara Palais Hansen will set new standards in the luxury segment.
Built in 1873 by the renowned architect Theophil Hansen on the occasion of the Vienna World Exhibition, Palais Hansen at Schottenring 24 is one of the most important buildings of historicism. As part of the new takeover by Anantara, the magnificent listed building in the neo-renaissance style is now being extensively renovated. Renovation will start in August 2024 with the first two floors of the luxury hotel. In September and October, the lobby, including the reception and bar area, will undergo a comprehensive redesign. Alternatives will of course be offered for temporarily closed areasf; during the renovation works on the Lobby Bar & Lounge, the Wintergarten will open for lunch, dinner and bar service. In the first quarter of 2025, the third floor with the 270 m² presidential suite, the Winter Garden restaurant and the spa area will follow. Finally, the 1000 m² meeting area will also be relaunched. Completion is planned by the end of the first quarter of 2025.
